The Office of Orientation encourages you to consider the possibilities that lie ahead of you as a member of the Washington University’s Class of 2013. Even though many of you will have been on campus through our various special summer programs, all new students are expected to attend Bear Beginnings: New Student Orientation from August 20 – 25, 2009. It is during this time that you will meet the administrators, faculty, staff, and current students who will help you begin to shape your Washington University experience.
New Student Move In Day is Thursday, August 20, 2009. Students may arrive as early as 8:30am to begin moving into their residence hall rooms. There are a variety of receptions throughout the day; please check the schedule link to the left for more information. Students must be moved in and ready to attend residence floor meetings by 5:30pm.
