Move-In Crew

Thank you for being a part of New Student Orientation 2008! We are excited that you are interested in assisting new students move into their rooms on Thursday, August 21, 2008. Please read the information below before you sign up to be a part of Move-In Crew:

• The shifts for move-in crew are 8:00am - 12:00pm and 12:00pm - 4:00pm. You must work the entire four hours.
• Move-In Crew will be limited to 80 people. 40 people for the morning shift and 40 people for the afternoon shift.
• You are required to attend the Move-In Crew Meeting on Wednesday, August 20 at 5:00pm
• Your student group must agree to participate and pay the early arrival fee of $10 per person/night ($30 Wednesday - Friday).
• You must register as a part of a Student Union recognized organization.
• If you move in early and do not show up for your shift, or leave early from your shift, you will be personally responsible for a $50 per night charge.
• All members will receive a free t-shirt, feel free to customize to promote your student group.

Registration Instructions

1. A member of your student organization must sign up your group and be listed as the primary contact. This person does not have to be a part of the move-in crew.
2. Once your organization has signed up, each person must complete an individual registration form. The primary contact must approve all registrations for a group.
3. You will receive confirmation that you are officially part of the Move-In Crew and will receive further information over the summer.
